WOYWW 428 – Creative Space

It’s Wednesday and that means it is time to take a picture of my work desk and share it on Julia’s Stamping Ground Blog.  But even more fun than that is going desk hopping to see what everyone is working on.

I’ve been working on making more desktop space in my craft room by moving things out to my craft room annex and that has been taking most of my time.  That in addition to working a full time job, teaching classes at my LCS, taking care of my granddaughter when my daughter needs help and on and on and on.  But my creative mojo is coming back.  I made a card yesterday and today – go me!

It’s sushi night and I hope to be able to make it through a lot of desks.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Tune in next time for another paper project.  Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

Luke 9:  16  Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people.

  1. Hi April, I think my mojo has finally decided to come home too. Reckon he stayed on holiday for an extra couple of weks! Have a lovely week, Hugs, Shaz #4 XxX

  2. Hi April. Having been away, I don’t know what happened around WOYWW last week – but am glad you are being creative. Looks like you maybe had the embossing powder out…
    Take care. God bless.

  3. Peanut is so cute! I need to clean up that spare closet so I can expand – right now it’s just a junk closet!

    Have a great week!

  4. Wee peanut is gorgeous… and I adore the chocolate idea… Good luck with the moving and storing your items… Have a good week ahead… May#17

  5. Hi April, I think sometimes that whole going through your stash really helps bring it back faster. I totally need to make more space on mine and finish that unmounting / sorting that I started months ago because, I am totally over the clutter of it. so, I may just finish the ones underway and do some more unmounting later just because, for the first time in a long time I actually want to go home and play. ( our temperatures have dropped 15 degrees I am sure that has a lot to do with it) ~Stacy #32

  6. Your workdesk is always interesting for me to see. I’m curious as to what your creative space will look like in another week or two.
    Happy WOYWW!

  7. Hi April, your kitty looks comfortable, they know all the best spots. Lovely busy desk again. Have a great woyww and thank for the visit to mine, Angela x21x

  8. I like the loaves and fishes quote. I often feel my crafting has similarities. We made dresses for girls in Africa a few years ago. We thought we would make a few but fabric came to us from friends/family and strangers. We ended up making over 400!! God moves in mysterious ways. x Jo#18

  9. hehehe love the sound of a craft room annexe – the dining rrom tends to become mine when the craft room is so stuffed that I can’t stand to work in there! Glad you’re feeling your mojo again April, enjoy the process and have a great weekend :o) Annie C #22

  10. Well, you’re so busy its no wonder that your mojo has to rest now and then! Love the idea that you have an annexe for other crafty stuff too; but especially like the idea that clearing the decks a bit may have sparked your interest…it happens to me that way, for sure. I wonder if you’re making or buying the sushi? Hope you enjoyed!

  11. What a craft room AND a craft room annex, how wonderful. I have to make do with a craft CORNER in my bedroom! Thanks for the visit sorry I am so late replying, got my son’s A-level results Thursday and lots of stuff has happened since then too BJ#19
