WOYWW 422 – It’s Wednesday Again

It is Wednesday and that means it’s time to take a picture of my work space and share it on WOYWW 422.  If you haven’t participated before, check out Julia’s Stamping Ground Blog and join in on the weekly desk hop to see creative work desks from around the world!  This weekend my youngest daughter moved back in with us.  That makes oldest daughter and her daughter, me, Todd and youngest daughter.  We have a houseful.

Now I am on vacation this week and my plan was to clean out the basement.  Once my youngest daughter said she was moving back, my goal became a little more expedited in order to make a room for her in the basement.  Now it didn’t take a week to collect all this stuff, but I am taking about a week to get it all cleaned out.  I have been ruthless in my pursuit of decluttering and I am feeling good.  I have also been doing a little decluttering in my craft room too.

Here is my desk this week.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today.  I will be visiting desks today because I have no plans tonight.  Yay!  Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

Luke 8:  32  A large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside. The demons begged Jesus to let them go into the pigs, and he gave them permission.

  1. That desk looks a tad busy!
I thought I had decluttered when I moved everything out of my craftroom but I am now decluttering as I move back in. Do we ever stop decluttering?
Enjoy having your family around you, sounds like lots of fun.
    Hugs, Neet 10 xx

  2. Hi April, What are the plastic containers for?

Hope your youngest daughter settles in quickly. At least with two other women in the house, you have help with the chores.

    Happy WOYWW

    • The plastic containers help laundry soap. I can’t bring myself to throw them away because I know I can repurpose them. I just haven’t figured what for. LOL

  3. Oh well done April, expedited clearing seems to be the way to do it – set a deadline! I hope you’ll all enjoy the full house-ness! I’m very sure that I cant think of anything that you might have planned for those containers!

  4. Oh I really need you to come and do some decluttering in my craft room!! Hopefully when I get the next set of wedding stationery finished I will get things sorted!

  12. Decluttering is a great habit to get into but, so often time is the issue. Hope all goes well with your dd moving back. I don’t think I could throw out those plastic containers either.
