This cute little panda bear is what I used as the base for my Christmas in July 4 Kids Design Team card.

Happy Merry Joyous Christmas

Christmas in July 4 Kids Card Recipe

This panda was printed from word and colored using Copic markers.  Brother Scan n Cut 2, my new favorite tool for cutting out stamped images, beautifully cut out my colored panda – even that little string holding on the Good tag.  White gel pen was used to create some highlights on that cute little panda.  Googly eyes – who can resist some fun googly eyes.  Christmas paper pads that were packed away got pulled out for this less than seasonal card.  The background and patterned paper were cut and matted using a sketch that I remember seeing on one of the challenge blogs.  Panda gets popped up offset a bit from the patterned paper background.  Happy Merry Joyous is from My Favorite Things and was stamped in Versamark ink and heat set using Ranger Platinum embossing powder.

Thanks for stopping by today.  Tune in tomorrow for another project.

Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.

Luke 8:  24  The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!”  He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm.
