It is the first Saturday of the month and time for another challenge at the Send a Smile 4 Kids Challenge Blog and the challenge is to create a card for Mom for Send a Smile 4 Kids. Our sponsors are A Day for Daisies and Kitchen Sink Stamps. Enter our challenge and you have the opportunity to win a $12 gift card from A Day for Daisies Stamps or a $25 from Kitchen Sink Stamps.
Send a Smile 4 Kids charity is dedicated to collecting and distributing handmade cards to children who are inpatient at Children’s Hospitals. Please send us your handmade kids’ cards for holidays, birthdays, and everyday cheer. Help us put a smile on our kids’ faces!
This great image comes from A Day for Daisies and has been colored with Copics. The card design was a take on a sketch that I found on Pinterest. I added enamel dots. The sentiment just wasn’t coming to me so I just left the card without a sentiment. It can be added on the inside when I send the card.
Join us for the Send a Smile 4 Kids challenge and make cards for our kids.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. Tune in tomorrow for another project.
Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.
Luke 6: 20 – 22
Looking at his disciples, he said:
“Blessed are you who are poor,
for yours is the kingdom of God.
Blessed are you who hunger now,
for you will be satisfied.
Blessed are you who weep now,
for you will laugh.
Blessed are you when people hate you,
when they exclude you and insult you
and reject your name as evil,
because of the Son of Man.
